no. they haven't succeeded in life, regardless of wether or not its their fault or not. Spending time on them will only distract from groups that are productive in society. Why honor those that have little meaning or use in society.
I partially agree with your comment. People who choose to live in poverty becuase they make no effort to further themselves are not deserving of architecture. On the other hand though i feel that people who work to the best of their ability but have not been afforeded an education and such, are deserving of architecture. These are the people that are appreciative and honorable.
